1. Who these terms are between

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the individual who operates this website at www.MattDanadel.com, publishing under the name Matt Danadel (the "Site", "I", "me"). By using the Site or purchasing anything through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

The Site and its products deal with investing and trading and are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase.

3. The products

The Site sells digital educational products: ebooks delivered as PDF downloads, sometimes with companion printable files (together, the "Products"). Nothing physical ships. Product descriptions on each page state what is included; what is described is what you get.

4. Purchases and payment

Checkout and payment are handled by Fourthwall, a third-party commerce platform acting as merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Fourthwall's own terms and policies at the point of sale. I never see or store your card number or payment credentials. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time; a change in price does not affect a purchase you have already completed.

5. Refunds

All sales of the Products are final. The full policy, including the narrow exceptions required by law and how failed downloads are handled, is in the Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

6. Your license to the Products

When you buy a Product you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, keep, read, and print it for your own use. You may keep copies on your own devices and make personal backups.

You may not:

• share, publish, upload, or otherwise distribute a Product or any substantial part of it, free or paid;
• resell, sublicense, rent, or bundle it into another product or service;
• remove attribution or pass the material off as your own;
• use the Products to train, fine-tune, or ground a machine-learning model or dataset without written permission.

Purchases may be digitally stamped with the purchaser's details for anti-piracy purposes. If a license is abused, I may revoke it and pursue the remedies available under copyright law.

7. Intellectual property

The Products, the Site, and all their content (text, design, graphics, files) are the property of the Site's operator, publishing as Matt Danadel, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Education only. Not advice. Not a recommendation.

Everything on the Site, in the Products, and in any email or message from me is general education about how financial markets and instruments work. None of it is, or should be treated as, investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or legal advice. Nothing here is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, cryptocurrency, or other instrument, or to follow any strategy. Nothing is tailored to you. I do not know your finances, and I am not telling you what to do with your money.

No advisor-client, fiduciary, or professional relationship of any kind is created by reading these materials, subscribing, corresponding with me, or purchasing anything. All examples are hypothetical illustrations of arithmetic, not depictions of real results. You agree not to treat any of this material as a substitute for advice from licensed professionals, and you agree that any financial decision you make is yours alone, made at your own risk. 9. Free materials and email

Free downloads offered in exchange for an email address are for your personal use under the same license as Section 6. Email subscriptions are governed by the Privacy Policy; you can unsubscribe at any time.

10. Acceptable use of the Site

Don't attempt to break, probe, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure; don't scrape the Products; don't use the Site for anything unlawful.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and Products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. I do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the Products are free of inaccuracies. Markets change; figures described as accurate "as of this writing" may become outdated.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost savings, or trading or investment losses, arising from the Site or the Products, even if advised of the possibility; (b) for anything provided free of charge, including the Site itself, the free ebook, the Starter Kit, emails, and any other free material, my total liability is zero; and (c) for a Product you purchased, my total liability for all claims combined is limited to the amount you actually paid for that Product. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; in that case liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Products.

14. Changes to the Site, Products, and Terms

I may update the Site, the Products, and these Terms over time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes apply going forward from posting; your continued use of the Site after a change is acceptance of it.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the U.S. state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first contact me through the contact page and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally.

16. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and the Disclaimer are the entire agreement between you and me regarding the Site. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; I may assign them in connection with a transfer of the Site or the business.
