Refund Policy

1. All sales are final

The products sold on this site are digital files delivered instantly. Once delivered, they cannot be returned, so purchases are not refundable and cannot be exchanged. Please decide before you buy, not after.

2. Know what you're buying, first

To make that fair, every product page shows the full curriculum of its ebook, states plainly who it is and isn't for, and, where offered, gives you a free sample to read before paying. If you're unsure, read the free material first. It exists for exactly this reason.

3. The exceptions

• You never received the file. If a download fails or a link breaks, contact me and I will make sure you get what you paid for. Delivery problems are always fixed.
• Duplicate purchase. If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product, the duplicate will be refunded.
• Where the law says so. If the consumer law where you live grants rights that cannot be waived, those rights are honored. For customers in some jurisdictions (for example the EU and UK), checkout includes consent to immediate delivery of digital content with acknowledgment that the statutory withdrawal right is lost on delivery, as those laws allow.

4. How payment disputes work

Payments are processed by Fourthwall as merchant of record. Fraud claims, chargebacks, and payment disputes are handled under its policies and card-network rules, which may operate independently of this policy.

If something about a purchase went wrong, use the contact page before anything else. Broken downloads, wrong files, and honest mistakes get fixed quickly.
