All content connected to this site, the pages, the ebooks, the free downloads, the newsletter, emails, replies to your messages, and any social media posts (together, the "Materials"), is general education about how financial markets and instruments work. The Materials are for informational and educational purposes only.

The Materials are not, and must never be treated as: investment advice; financial advice; trading advice; tax advice; accounting advice; legal advice; or any other form of professional advice. They are not a recommendation, endorsement, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security, option, future, cryptocurrency, fund, or any other instrument, or to adopt any strategy or make any financial decision. I am not telling you to invest, to trade, or to do anything at all with your money.

2. No professional relationship, ever

I am not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, financial planner, accountant, tax professional, or attorney, and I am not licensed to provide individualized advice of any kind. No advisory, fiduciary, client, or professional relationship is created by reading the Materials, subscribing, purchasing, emailing me, or receiving a reply. Even where a reply discusses your question, it remains general education, never a personal recommendation.

3. No reliance. Do your own research.

You agree not to make any financial decision in reliance on the Materials alone. Before acting on anything you learn anywhere, including here, verify it independently against primary sources and consult licensed professionals who know your complete situation: your finances, obligations, tax position, risk tolerance, and jurisdiction. Nothing in the Materials accounts for any of those, because I do not know you.

4. Risk, stated plainly

• All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of the entire amount you invest. Markets fall as well as rise.
• Active trading is harder than it looks: most people who attempt it lose money. The ebooks say this openly, because it is true.
• Leverage of any kind (margin, futures, perpetual contracts) can produce losses larger than your initial outlay.
• Cryptocurrencies are exceptionally volatile and can lose most or all of their value.
• Options involve substantial risk and are not suitable for every investor; certain positions can lose more than their initial cost. Before trading options, read the OCC's "Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options."

5. No guarantees of any kind

Nothing is promised or implied: not profit, not income, not "beating the market", not the avoidance of loss, not the achievement of any level of skill or result. Past performance, historical averages, and backtests do not predict or guarantee future results. The Materials may contain errors or become outdated, and are provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

6. Examples are hypothetical

Every worked number in the Materials (prices, option chains, account sizes, outcomes, projections) is a constructed teaching illustration. None depicts a real account, an actual trade, or a result anyone obtained. Real-world outcomes are made worse by costs, spreads, slippage, taxes, and behavior, and can differ without limit from clean examples.

7. Assumption of risk and release

By using the site or the Materials you agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, that: (a) you assume full and sole responsibility for every financial decision you make and for all resulting gains or losses; (b) Matt Danadel and anyone working with him shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage of any kind, direct or indirect, arising from or connected to the Materials or your use of them, including trading or investment losses, lost profits, or lost savings, even if the possibility was known; and (c) you waive, release, and agree not to bring any claim, demand, or action against Matt Danadel arising from your financial decisions or their outcomes. 8. Accuracy, change, and no duty to update

The Materials aim to be accurate as of the date they were written. Laws, tax rules, contribution limits, fees, tickers, products, and platforms change constantly. I have no obligation to update any previously published or delivered Material, and no statement should be assumed current. Verify every figure with primary sources before acting.

9. Independence

Brokers, funds, exchanges, and platforms are named in the Materials for educational concreteness only. Mentions are not endorsements, no company has paid for placement, and I receive no compensation from any company mentioned. If that ever changes, it will be disclosed in plain sight.

10. Third parties

The Materials may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, calculators, or data sources. I do not control them, am not responsible for their content or accuracy, and linking is not endorsement. Anything you do on a third-party site is between you and them.

11. Jurisdiction

The Materials are written from a United States perspective and are not directed at any jurisdiction where their availability or sale would be unlawful. Nothing here constitutes an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unauthorized. Rules differ by country; nothing here accounts for the rules of yours.

12. If you do not agree
